Garden City MI, Truck into pole 12-16-2019

In the mid afternoon of Monday, December 16th. Garden City Firefighters were dispatched to the corners of Ford and Harrison for reports of a single vehicle MVA. Crews arrived to find a single vehicle into a pole. Witnesses stated that the truck was turning left onto Harrison from Ford and another driver ran the red light making the driver of the truck to speed up, ultimately losing control of the vehicle. Driver of the vehicle was evaluated by the crew of Rescue 10 and refused medical. DTE was notified due to it being a light pole.
